Up for sale is this original authentic very first stereo Lp pressing of ‘Meet The Beatles’ issued in January 1964 in The United States. Only around a couple thousand stereo albums were pressed with no publishing credits by the titles on the labels before that was corrected. Only about thirty have survived to this day. This is one of the top ten best conditioned in the world. The record is in hardly been played excellent condition with great looking labels. The record has A1 A3in the matrix of the deadwax . The matching first issue east coast stereo cover is also in excellent condition with no seam splits. The first issued ‘Meet The Beatles’ were not shrinkwrapped. A Capitol Records employee must have affixed the 2” by 3” ‘The Beatles are coming!’ to the bottom front of the cover. Also included is the original dark blue Capitol Records inner sleeve in great shape with no splits.
