Mel Carter When A Boy Falls In Love Rare Derby Soul LP

Rare LP with rare Promo Version LP Cover (Think Mel Promotion for this LP)  The disk is in Near Mint Condition, the cover is VG+.

Apparantly when this lp first came out the record company did some kind of "Think Mel" promotion to promote this LP to the radio stations. This album lists for about 300.00, but I never saw this on the back of the cover of this LP before. 

Very hard to find and highly sought after issue. Disk is Near Mint; Cover is VG+.
