- If you wish to return an item, please message us first so we can provide further instructions.

- Items must return back to us within 14 days in the original condition and labels.

- We will take action as soon as we receive the item back, either if it's a size exchange or a refund. Please include any paperwork in the original package and a handwritten returns note with instructions for us.

- Buyer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there is a mistake on our behalf. In that case we redispatch your item with a stamped addressed envelope to return the faulty item back to us at no extra cost for you.

We currently accept payments via PayPal only.

We usually dispatch within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment. All our orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail Standard Second Class. International orders are shipped by Royal Mail Standard Airmail.
