Description

Mega rare original first press copy of this 1962 album. This record is a monster and without a doubt one of the Holy Grails in the Exotica canon. Incredible, radical record that has to be heard to be believed! Top notch engineering and production with tremendous impact. Your mind will be blown when you drop the needle. Loaded with tape manipulations, wild alien speak, bird calls, jungle rhythm, and a cornucopia of colorful instruments. Every aspect of Exotica is here, and then the kitchen sink. Magne took no prisoners on this affair.
VG/M- (cover/vinyl) Columbia Stereo 6 Eye.   Solid seams but age/mildew spots on cover. Vinyl looks unplayed, retaining full gloss, play graded, sounds wonderful, and cleaned on a Nitty Gritty machine. Cover has the unique cut-in 'three-dimensional' set of hands playing a bongo drum. Moves when viewed from different angles. Not all pressings had this. Full technical information provided in the liner notes. Buyer please add $4.00 shipping USA.
