Here is a killer and rare Michigan psych / proto punk 45 by Ann Arbor’s The UP on SUNDANCE records. Only 500 copies of this record were pressed and only half of them had picture sleeves reportedly. Both sides are great on this original pressing on red vinyl. The crazy rare picture sleeve is guaranteed original and grades VG overall with some creasing to the corners, light overall wear, and light soiling noted to the back near the bottom. No splits. Still displays very well. Record labels are clean and the vinyl play grades a NICE VG. The original picture sleeve hardly ever turns up, and the record itself is quite rare as well! Grading Scale:

NM = A near perfect record in every way. Record shows no obvious signs of wear.

VG++ = Somewhere between VG+ and Near Mint.

VG+ = Record has been played, but previous owner took good care of it. Record will have light scuffs or light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. VERY little to no background/surface noise will be heard while the record is playing.

VG = Light to moderate Background/surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's fade and intro. This background noise will not overpower the music otherwise, however. Groove wear and light scratches (deep enough to affect sound) will be noticeable. Still a nice record.

VG- = Somewhere between VG and G+.

G/G+ = Significant surface noise upon playing. Scratches and visible groove wear will be evident. Record will play through without skipping or sticking however.

Fair/Poor = I do not ever sell records at this grade, but they would be cracked, severly warped, with skips or sticks, or have obvious signs of HEAVY play. Basically it will serve better as a coaster than a record.
