Original mono issue, red 6 eye label, deep groove on Side 2 only, original Columbia paper inner sleeve. 

Stamper numbers: 1A, 1D.

Record is EX+ to MINT-: VERY SHINY & CLEAN with just a couple superficial inaudible spot marks which don't affect play. No spindle wear. Plays Great!!!
