This auction is for a Rare Westminster Mozart album from 1954.
Original owner left notes (included) saying this album plays with wonderful full range, and both sides sound very good. See photo.
Leopold Wlach on Clarinet playing K.622 and Karl Oehlberger on Bassoon playing K.191 in B Flat.  Genius. Conducted by Artur Rodzinski of the Vienna State Opera.

Condition:  Vinyl: VG+ clean, shiny with slight scuffs and two marks that are shown (look worse than they are) in the photos. Cover:  VG+ slight shelf wear around edges, slight ring wear. No seam splits
