Please do not purchase an LP if you think VG+ or EX is going to be Mint or Near Mint and Perfectly Quiet. 

Mint - Sealed

NM - Would be Mint if it was sealed or looks unplayed - Virtually Visually no Flaws

EX - Very Light Paper or Surface Marks - Should Play Near Noise Free - Otherwise it would be NM

VG+ - Paper Marks and Surface Marks Present - Possibly will have light Noise between Tracks or occasional light tics

VG - Will have Noise between Tracks & Occasional Tics, But will not skip 

Anything with and extra (+) means it almost to the next level but not quit there.
