Musica Elettronica Viva 'Friday' original vinyl LP (1969)

Amazing and rare, this is an essential late 60's experimental, avant-garde document. Hard to find a copy these days in decent shape and certainly one of the most unusual albums to appear on a major label. There can't have been many copies of this originally pressed and distributed. This is the only time this music has appeared in vinyl format. I've heard a bunch of music by MEV and this is the best record I've heard by them
Vinyl: a conservative overall VG+/EX (beautifully clean and shiny vinyl with a lovely sheen, a few very faint/minor hairlines visible under strong light, occasional low levels of crackles and several small clicks during a few of the quieter sections. No warp. Minor spindle marks on the otherwise pristine labels. Plays great throughout, the occasional low level imperfections are minimal for a record that is 44 years old! I've heard new vinyl pressings that play worse than this. Has been well looked after, I've had this copy for at least 15 years and it has only been played by me a handful of times, and stored upright on my record shelves, in a thick outer PVC sleeve. The inner sleeve is Poly-lined).
Sleeve: VG+ (nice and clean and shiny sleeve. No seam splits, good clear spine. Very, very minor and discreet wear on a couple of the corners. The laminate is all still present and correct and attached, but is starting to 'lift' away from the card in a few small areas near the spine, mainly on the back cover. There is also a small crease across the bottom right of the sleeve on the back cover, but I'm probably making it sound worse than it is!. I would say that the sleeve is holding up extremely well for a late 60's laminated sleeve. Easy to tell that this is a record that has been well stored over the years).
