ONLY 4 OF THE 5 RECORDS ARE INCLUDED. The main box and the poster is also included. As you can see in the pictures the main box was sealed with 1 record and the poster, I opened the main box because i could not tell how many records and which record was in the box. I did leave the cellophane on the main box. The knife record does have a crease on the lower right corner as seen in the pictures. All 4 records are factory sealed. Please see all pictures and you be the judge.
