Description
NAZARETH - " HAIR OF THE DOG ", Mooncrest Records (CREST 27) Stereo, 1975.
Very rare, 1975, English first pressing of the classic '75 Nazareth LP.
Features original picture sleeve and picture inner sleeve, plus first matrix numbers.
English issue and pressing.

SIDE A = CREST 27 A-2U matrix.
SIDE B = CREST 27 B-1U matrix.
Professionally cleaned on my Moth record cleaning machine and then put in a fresh new poly-lined inner sleeve - the original inner is of course included in the auction too.
CONDITION:
VINYL = EXCELLENT (No deep scratches, no groove damage, no distortion, only light spindle trails, etc. In normal daylight the vinyl appears perfectly clean, under a bright grading lamp I can make out a couple of very light paper scuffs and a couple of barely visible hairline surface marks - although these are purely visual and during playback, none of these very slight superficial flaws correspond directly to any audible defects.
On playback, there is some faint surface noise during the silent run-in (usually in the pressing) which disappears as soon as the music starts. It plays really well - strong, clean and without interuptions.
Note: for the purposes of this listing I have tested this LP on my Linn LP12 Sondek turntable - generally this is quite a critical test, but I must point out that I cannot guarantee exactly how this LP will sound on your turntable - common sense for most... but then this is ebay!!!)
SLEEVE = EX- (No rips, tears, heavy creases, defacing, etc. But had to be marked down slightly for light general wear affecting the edges/corners and a couple of slight marks on the front and back cover - see photos for further clarification)

Unlike so many of the jokers now selling records on ebay, we know how to grade records.
