Most vintage items that have been used are not perfect and may have been stored for a long time. We don't always know if items are smoke or pet free so please consider this when deciding to bid or buy. We do our best to point out all problems, defects or flaws.

We ship via USPS or FED-EX Ground to the 48 contiguous United States, unless otherwise noted in description.  We will ship internationally and to Hawaii and Alaska. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO HIGH LOSS RATE WE NO LONGER SHIP TO ITALY, GERMANY, OR MANY COUNTRIES IN EASTERN EUROPE.  PLEASE SEE COMPLETE LIST IN EACH LISTING.
For your protection and ours, we will state actual value on all international shipment customs forms.
In the unfortunate event that an item gets lost or damaged in transit, we require that our customers fully comply with the insurance claim process.  Normally that means, in the case of damage, supplying us with photos of the damaged item, interior packaging, and exterior packaging.  We will work quickly to submit the claim for payment and reimbursement to you in full.

We insure our items through a 3rd party insurance agent and insurance is included in the shipping charges.
