NINO TEMPO’S
Rock n’Roll Beach Party
LP
Issued in the UK as a ten-inch LP with a top book value of about £300, this is an original 12” from USA/Canada. It’s in a thick card unlaminated sleeve which is half split at top and bottom. The record has a few light marks and for a 55-year old LP is in very good condition. It plays fine.
Nino Tempo is forever associated with his sister April Stevens and their 1963 hit ‘Deep Purple’. But seven years before (1956) Nino Tempo cut this solo LP playing great rock n’roll tenor sax!.......Twelve rockers and ‘standards’ from the early days of US rock!
