NIRVANA Pentecost Hotel (Festival) Australia 1967.
Here's an Ultra RARE!! Original Australian 60s LP Pressing of NIRVANA Pentecost Hotel. Only a FILLER COPY..so please read the full Condition report & check all pics before purchasing.
This was a Unique Aussie version of "Simon Simopath", re-badged Pentecost Hotel, using the rear sleeve as the front. It even had a Second Pressing here!! ..on Calendar (but this is the Original). The labels call it "Pentecost Hotel", but it's just "Nirvana" on the spine & featuring "Pentecost Hotel" on the front. I also have Melanie Blue/Wings Of Love" Oz Pressed 45, listed in my shop..which references on the label as from The Pentecost Hotel LP".
Condition : The Cover is Fair (see pics + zoom), it had some tape around the edges, which i painstakingly removed, there's a bit of residue still, but not too bad..maybe someone can get it looking a bit better, laminate creasing, ringware on rear, some minor writing on the front "Nirvana" bit, and a faded name on the rear. Still structurally sound, ie. not falling apart.
The Vinyl is Fair, heaps of light sleeve scuffing, obviously left outside it's cover for periods, both sides actually play through with no skips. But plenty of noise on Side 1 (which has a couple feelable scratches), Satellite Jockey plays particularly noisy. Side 2 plays better.
Extremely difficult to find, don't miss!!
