EXCELLENT

There are some light fray marks on the corners and edges.    However as you can see from the photos the laminated plastic cover has ensured that David Browning's original design still looks great.     Additionally the inner gatefold story of 'Simon Simopath' and the photo of the band on the back still retain their original quality.

As you can see from the photos, both sides of this famous Island records label are still in great condition.

VINYL APPEARANCE

A Side

EXCELLENT -

There is some occasional light and one small medium scratch on this side of the vinyl.

B Side

VERY GOOD -

On this side there are some more noticeable scratches at six o clock to the label.   

AUDIO QUALITY

A Side

EXCELLENT -

There is some very occasional and light background popping.   There is a slight click for half of the second 2nd track.  This aside Nirvana sound brilliant as they take you through the

'Story of Simon Simopath'.

B Side

EXCELLENT -

In places there is some light background popping.        However this does not in anyway spoil the sound delivered by Nirvana, which is still special.

Dear collector, we are the BARRACLOUGH Brothers of CollectableVinylRecords. 

Sam and I have established a reputation as a TRUSTED supplier of  RARE vinyl, based upon HONEST and THOROUGH descriptions of our items.  Together we have undertaken the task of selling our father’s extensive record collection, which he has amassed during his time as a DJ and MUSIC CRITIC.  It’s a considerable, and unique vinyl collection of albums and singles with many rare items included.  In addition to the known rare records there are many DEMO and PROMOTIONAL items, which were not available for general purchase making them highly collectable. 

The chronology of the collection stretches from the early 1960s to the early 1980s.   Within this period, there is a concentration of records released between 1965 and 1969 - a seminal era for music that is reflected by its collectability.  Although the spectrum of musical genre is varied, this collection heavily features PSYCHEDELIC, FREAKBEAT, PUNK, MOTOWN and NORTHERN SOUL.  All our items have a low start price of £4.99, because we believe that each will reach its true market value  ~  This is thanks, largely to our loyal client base we have aquired for consistently listing HIGHLY COLLECTABLE Vinyl.   Fresh RARE records usually start on a Thursday, ending 10 days later on the Sunday Afternoon/Evening.

We have a data-based collection, using the RARE RECORD PRICE GUIDES' grading scale (If you are unaware of this grading system please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will reply as soon as possible with the guides description). As you can see in the description there is a grading given for VINYL and AUDIO QUALITY.  This is necessary because a record may seem poor quality when viewed, but when played the AUDIO QUALITY is often excellent.  Conversely the VINYL QUALITY may seem excellent but when played the AUDIO QUALITY can be quite poor.    

** NOTE ~ If there is any information on this item currently missing i.e - There is no 'AUCTION PLAYER', when stated in the 'AUDIO QUALITY GRADING' there should be at the bottom of the listing.  These changes will usually rectified on FRIDAY MORNING ~ This is usually the cause of any 'REVISIONs' which are stated.
