Description
Here is a vintage Motown lp album from my collection offered up for sale: A RARE 1967 1st pressing of Motown's "The Marvelettes" album. Released in 1967 by Tamla Records TS 274 (Stereo), this is an original 1st pressing with heavy vinyl, double globe labels and printed inner sleeve. Music features beautiful vocal harmonies and great backing band, "Barefootin' ", "Message To Michael", "He Was Really Sayin' Somethin' ", a great listen!
The vinyl rates NEAR MINT, is super clean and glossy, near pristine looking, looks unplayed or rarely played! PLAY TESTED, plays excellent from start to finish. The labels are super clean, no spindle wear!
The cover rates VG+, has bright color, clean front portraits of the girls, edges and corners solid, no bends, no splits, no tape, binder edge EX and readable, front corner has small spot of slick missing at top, back bottom has some age spots/shelf wear, looks minimally handled. Inner sleeve clean and bright, no splits. (see all photos)
Will be shipped in a plastic sleeve in a record mailing box with tracking. Vinyl will be shipped in sleeve outside cover to prevent cover splits.
