No cut-out, hole punch, or clipped corner. The edges of the cover are very straight and exceptionally well defined. Three of the corners are exceptionally sharp and practically perfectly-defined right angles, with a small minor crease at the other (top right corner). See photos. The cover surface is ultra-clean, texturally smooth, and quite sleekly well-defined as well as bright, beautiful, and glossy all the way across the entire expanse of the surface area, with no scuffs, smudges, or discoloration.
