You are viewing an original unfolded picture sleeve from  the original pressing of the Necros I.Q. 32 7" on Touch  and Go and Dischord records from 1981. 
Sleeve is in excellent condition!   Never folded, glued or used.  there are some light pen marks or indentations on the front that  are visible at a certain angle.  NO RECORD - This auction is for the unused sleeve only!   
This came from a very carefully preserved collection of flyers from a woman  who used to put on shows back in those days in Detroit, and who was around for  the days of the Graystone and the Hungry Brain.  In the case of these sleeves, they were unused and laying around, so she said  Corey Rusk just gave them to her. 
I am also selling a few others from this collection right now, including Negative Approach, The Meatmen, Flesh Columns, and the Process of Elimination E.P.. 
Guaranteed to be an authentic early 80's sleeve, and not any type of modern  reproduction or reprint.     

Good for framing, or as an upgrade for a tattered sleeve.  Can't be too many of these floating around!
