Description
This item is a Neil Diamond acetate of, "September Morn'," from 1979 produced at the Mastering Lab in L.A., California. The second side of the Acetate may be an alternate track because its scratched out you would have to have a good turn table to recognize it. Usually if the mastering lab has an alternative take they do not want released they will scratch it out. The front side of this is in mint- condition and does play, "September Morn'." An acetate disc is cut prior to the cutting of the master disc which is used for mass production of records. Even though referred to as an "acetate", it is essentially an aluminium disc coated with a fine film of nitro-celluolose lacquer. If there are any questions please feel free to contact me.
