Neil Young - Heart of Gold / Old Man (Unknown Label)
Very rare Oz white label single. A very similar copy has been posted on discogs but handwritten text is very slightly different, ie each copy was handwritten individually. This is only the second copy to have emerged. Unknown origins as Heart of Gold and Old Man appear to never having been paired as an Australian single. Matrix has only the title of each song etched into the run-out of the relevant side.
Condition of record is overall VG (Very Good). A side is VG+. B-side is VG. Record generally very clean both sides but has a scuff mark on each side consistent with skidding when having been put onto a turntable. Very faint marks on A-side. Skid is more pronounced on B-side, running from 8 o'clock to 11 o'clock parallel to grooves (see photo). A-side plays well. B-side is crackly when played which appears to be more down to a pressing fault rather than due to the skid mark.
Single comes with generic white sleeve in EX condition.
