Nektar were an enigma - a British Krautrock band! They were formed by a group of British musicians in Hamburg in 1969. They are usually regarded as a prog rock band, but there are elements of psychedelia and avant-garde in the mix as well. The guitar work of Roye Albrighton is balanced by the creative synth work of Allan Freeman and their style is an important part of the jigsaw that was the development of Album Oriented Rock in the 70s.
The band were not very successful in terms of album chart success but they had a cult following that is still growing today. I thoroughly recommend getting to know them, alongside the other prog rock giants. The music is challenging and complex.

The space theme seems to link the band to the interests of, for example, Hawkwind, but this is about an inner journey and the album, although expansive, is very introspective and thought-provoking.
The vinyl is in Ex condition, as is the lovely gatefold sleeve. It looks brand new, despite being over 40 years old.
This is a great chance to own an important piece of music history. Low starting price and no reserve.
