All records are cleaned on a VPI 16.5 record cleaning machine and graded under a bright light bulb. If there are any marks on the vinyl, they are play-graded. Of course grading is subjective, and we do our best. All records are vintage pressings, unless otherwise noted.

Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items within one week after payment is received, usually much sooner.
Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We often utilize recycled mailing boxes to do our part in saving the planet.

Our Money Back Guarantee: Simply contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item in the unlikely event you are not satisfied. Then just return it to us and we will refund your payment. Item must be in the same condition, as you received it, as you can appreciate. No exceptions. For example, we cannot accept returns on sealed LPs that have been opened, or LPs that have been switched out.
We will always work with our customers to resolve any concerns that may arise. In the unlikely instance that you feel the need to open a resolution dispute before working with us, we regret that you will immediately be blocked from any further chance to acquire the rare music we present.
