Description
New sealed 12" colored vinyl LP record by Willie Colon entitled "Crime Pays" on clear smoke colored vinyl. This anthology album was originally released in 1972 and features Willie's greatest hits with vocals by Hector Lavoe. This is a clear smoke vinyl edition from 2023 that was exclusive to the Fania & Craft Recordings web sites. The record is on the Fania label (Catalog #CR00559) and comes in a gatefold sleeve. It features all-analog mastering by Kevin Gray at Cohearant Audio. Limited to only 1,000 copies!
The record is in brand new, sealed condition (please see photos for greater detail--the last is a stock photo to show approx. what the vinyl looks like; all others are of the actual album you will receive)!

Record will be carefully shipped in a cardboard mailer. I grade vinyl using Goldmine standards as a guide and Near Mint is my highest grade for preowned vinyl. I am a longtime record collector (not a store), and I ship Monday-Friday. I have only one copy of most items in my inventory.
Please know that vinyl is an imperfect medium, and new vinyl (especially colored vinyl and picture discs) can be subject to minor surface noise and tiny imperfections. I rate sealed vinyl "mint" but, as any seasoned record buyer knows, pressing quality will vary.
