History:  I bought this album at the Virgin Megastore on Tottenham Court Road in London, either just before or just after their gig at the Astoria on 5th Nov to promote the release of “Nevermind”. Following the enormous success of “Nevermind” a huge variety of colours (see below) were released in various countries. If memory serves me right this began with the release of the “Blue marbled” vinyl, followed by the red and the purple; but I may be wrong.  As their success built more, and more, coloured vinyl was released in increasing numbers.  The “Blue marbled” vinyl is very rare compared too many of the others, and is rarely seen for sale.
