DESCRIPTION: The Blue Jays on Jay Records #4815 singing THAT FEELIN' b/w (It Depends On The) POINT OF VIEW. This is an original first pressing on Jay from 1965 and a very rare and almost impossible to find northern soul record. One recently sold in the Manship auction for $808.00. This is a bargain at the listed opening bid price!
CONDITION: Overall VG. The POINT OF VIEW side has some light scratches at the beginning that makes it a little noisy. After the start it smooths out and plays almost VG+. The THAT FEELIN' side is almost exactly the same with light noise at the beginning and then plays almost VG+. At no time does the noise/tics from the scratches overwhelm or degrade the music.
I USE THE GOLDMINE GRADING GUIDE
MINT (M): Record should appear to have just left the manufacturer without any handling. It should appear perfect - no scuffs or scratches, blotches or stains, no writing, tears or splits.
NEAR MINT (NM): A record that is otherwise Mint but has one or two tiny inconsequential flaws that do not effect the play.
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+): This record has been handled and played either infrequently or very carefully. This could mean that there are light paper scuffs, or slight scratches that will not effect the play. Slight warps that do not effect the sound are OK.
VERY GOOD (VG): This record could show signs of handling and playing, such as loss of vinyl lustre, light surface scratches, groove wear and spindle trails from countless spins on the turntable. A VG record may have some audible surface noise when played, although any such noise should not overwhelm the music.
GOOD (G): Good should mean the record is well-played with any number of defects such as complete loss of surface sheen, agravating surface noise etc. but can still be played without skipping
