This is an official release.


Side A) "DON'T PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET"
Side B) "WHY DON'T YOU SMILE"

 This is the 1st 45 that Lou Reed and John Cale collaborated on together prior to forming
"The Velvet Underground".
The A side is strictly a Northern Soul smash,
but the B side is a nice glimpse into the future VU as you can clearly hear that special mod groove
with a long sitar isk psychedelic foggy brain addiction that describes the wonderful Velvet Underground sound.
