Description

Here's the surf song the Beach Boys missed! "Now That Summer Is Here" was recorded by the Forvus, a quartet of 2 teen girls & 2 guys in their early 20s. Thinking up all the things to do for the summer was compressed into a fun, should-have-been-a-big-hit-record. But after 50 years, it still grabs attention -- with two different takes present on Youtube.com. Backing the Forvus up are Tampa 60's garage rock band The Rovin' Flames. On the flip is four-and-a-half-minute trip into a fun, chaotic, noisy break-up song inspired by Bob Dylan's "Rainy Day Women #10 & #35." This was the first of only two Tampa Bay Records released, both exactly 50 years ago! The record is very hard to come by, but here it is - a perfectly clean copy, 1st edition, never played, straight out of the box.

This is a rare opportunity for you to have this mint-condition single from 50 years ago.
