Description

On The Shore – Trees   (1970)

CBS – 64168– UK

First Press

Folk Rock – Psych Rock

Rare second & final album from folk / psych rock, London band, Trees. Perfectly iconic early '70s folk psych. A piece of excellent audible history on tracks such as "Georgie" (Traditional Child Ballad from England & Scotland)  & "While the Iron is Hot" (Discussing Trade Unions / Tolpuddle Martyrs).

Outer sleeve – Good – Very small wear around spin & edges. White dot upper left corner where paper has been lifted.

Inner sleeve –  Excellent & bright orange CBS inner sleeve: “The sound of entertainment”.

Record – Small scribbled ink mark on the centre. A couple of really fine hair line marks, but nothing to compromise the recording.

Sound - Plays very well. Clear vocals & excellent recording.
