THIS IS A PRISTINE COPY OF THE FIRST PRESSING OF THE ORIGINAL 1978 RELEASE OF THE GANG OF FOUR SINGLE/EP “DAMAGED GOODS/LOVE LIKE ANTHRAX/ARMALITE RIFLE” ON THE UK FAST LABEL AND IS SERIOUSLY RARE IN THIS CONDITION! THE VINYL IS IN MINT CONDITION! THE LABELS ARE IN MINT CONDITION! THE COVER IS IN GREAT CONDITION!! DONT MISS THIS VERY RARE OPPORTUNITY!
Matrix (Side A): FAST 5-1 EG A SPIKEY SPECTACULAR / (Side B): FAST 5-1 AW1 Reverse of sleeve mentions "dp delga press limited" on the left hand fold but no catalogue number. Slot in top of sleeve is long with straight edges.
The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see picture) with NO wear, NO writing and NO spindle marks. I BOUGHT THIS RECORD WHEN THE BAND (LEEDS UNI STUDENTS AT THE TIME LIKE ME) WAS PLAYING IN THE LEEDS UNI STUDENT UNION TO CELEBRATE ITS RELEASE. IT HAS ONLY BEEN PLAYED ON TOP QUALITY HI-FI EQUIPMENT. The vinyl is in SUPERB condition with NO scratches, NO scuff marks and NO signs of wear. THE RECORD STILL RETAINS EVERY BIT OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK! The record sounds as STUNNING as the visual! It plays with CRYSTAL CLEAR UNDISTORTED SOUND, NO sticking, NO groovewear, NO jumps, and NO crackle! The record plays SUPERBLY with ZERO DISTORTION! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way! Brilliant!!
The condition of the sleeve is as seen in the pictures. Amazing. Needless to say there are NO tears to the bottom or side edges due to wear.
