Description
RARE SOUL Jimmie Raye KKC 002 Philly Dog Around the World and Just Can’t take It No More This is an original 45 of "Philly Dog Around The World"/"Just Can't Take It No More" by Jimmie Raye on KKC 002 from 1966. There are many counterfeits of this Northern Soul classic, but this is an original, with the pressing plant ID stamped in the wax (it looks like Audio Matrix but it's pretty faint) on rather thick, heavy vinyl (fakes are smooth as silk) with a squared off edge. Next to the pressing plant stamp in the dead wax is "S-002 B" on the "Philly Dog" side and "S-002 A" on the flip. There is also the tiniest little script etching directly across from the dead wax writing that looks like "PA", but is tough to make out , vinyl is a shiny VG+ with some light scuffs, very light play wear. Sounds Great with a few random mild pops and clicks.
