Record is near mint. Paper jacket has some wrinkles in it, and two small tears at the mouth of the sleeve. Corners are good. I would say the record is near mint, the sleeve is good. All in all, very nice used condition. OVER IN THE MEADOW / ROCKET IN MY POCKET (1970 / 1967) Scholastic, Rare!

Description

This is a Scholastic 7" LP.  It is the super rare version with "Rocket In My Pocket" on the B side, instead of "King's Birthday".  Both versions of this record are scarce, but this version is much more so!   This record will play well, as it is close to near mint!

Payment

Winning bidder shall always pay for shipping. For "Buy It Now" items, payment is always due within 3 days of purchase of your item. Paypal is my preferred method of payment.

If you are a non-paying buyer, a question:  Why did you click the buy it now button??   If there is no payment and no explanation within 7 days, I reserve the right to sell the item to another party, void the sale, or re-list the item without further notice. A non-paying bidder warning will be filed, and appropriate negative feedback will also be left.  So don't click "buy" unless you really want the item, please.  It makes it easier on everyone.

Shipping

Please be patient with me about shipping. As I noted in the "About Us" section below, I am not a company or professional entity.  I am a disabled person (wheelchair-bound at present) doing ebay from home.  This means I have to use local buses (or in some cases friends, when I have larger packages to send, or when it rains for days on end) to get to local post offices to ship goods.  However, I will make sure that all items will be sent within 7 days of your payment (I can normally get to a post office at least once a week).  Also, I include delivery confirmation on all packages, and will email your confirmation number to you upon your package being shipped.  Items will be shipped to the name and address on the Paypal transaction detail to insure both buyer and seller are protected under Paypal's policies.

Terms of Sale

Return Policy: Your satisfaction is my #1 goal!  So if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of your item so we can talk about the problem. Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback before we have had a chance to work things out. If a return is still necessary after talking, purchases will be refunded for your full purchase price minus original shipping (assuming the item is carefully repackaged and returned within 14 days). Buyer must pay postage (and insurance, if applicable) on returns. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent. Any additional damage, alteration or use of an item will make that item ineligable for return.

A little about me personally: I live in a smallish northern California college town. (Though for me, college was a very long time ago!)  Recently I had a medical incident occur which has left me on permanent disability.  It was fairly serious.  So, having been a collector of vintage things all my life, I have decided to share some of my holdings with you. (It is time to let others enjoy some of these things.)  I am not "a company". It's just me here, behind the desk.  So I will try to make my offerings and service to you first class.  I also try to make my listings themselves entertaining and fun and each item is loaded with information.  (For example, on all my sheet music listings, there's links so you can actually hear every song I list).  Most sellers don't have the time or inclination to do listings like that, but I do, so I try to add that extra polish to each listing.  Quality items deserve quality listings, right?  Anyhow, thanks for checking out my listings, and have fun!
