RETURNSHere at Vinyl XP we are extremely careful in providing an accurate description of vinyl and cover condition using the Record Collectors grading criteria below. We are also careful in researching GENUINE pressing information. However, mistakes or differences in opinion can happen and we are happy to offer a no questions asked 100% refund policy including return postage costs on receipt of the item back to us. We may ask to see proof of postage to avoid unnecessary overheads.
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster should be in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little reduction in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and tear/creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover and extra items, without any major defects unless included in the decription are acceptable.
