This is an all-French album Lorin Maazel conducting the Orchestre National de France, performing Offenbach's Gaite Parisienne, Saint-Saens Danse Macabre and Dukas Sorcerer's Apprentice. Not the deepest, most serious collection, but all wonderful music.
This is on Columbia 1R1 7306 and is recorded in 4 track stereo at 7 1/2 ips. This is the first example of this on tape that has been on the market for several years, as far as I can determine. A rare tape.
All tapes are play tested on one of my own tape decks before listing and I check for no signs of oxide shed during play or fast winding.
This quality tape will be shipped carefully packed via Media Mail or Priority Mail at your choice.
