This superb LP / piece of musical memorabilia – the jacket is signed by David Oistrakh* – from Colosseum (CRLP 248, US pressing, gold/red label, mono – no stereo edition exists) features an autographed copy of an early American Oistrakh issue presenting three of the violinist’s late early 1950s Melodiya recordings.
*PLEASE NOTE:
This is the 4th autographed Oistrakh album I have sold and his signature matches those on those and other LPs I have seen. His autograph here measures approximately 11 cm in length by 2 cm in heighth and is clearly and boldly signed in black ink – suitable for framing.

There are extensive liner notes on the reverse side of the jacket by Bruno G. Ronty, printed in English only. The memorable cover photo of Oistrakh is uncredited.
CONDITION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
The gradations of condition I use are as follows: MINT, Near-Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor.
The condition of the jacket is VERY GOOD. There is corner wear, as well as discoloration and aging. However, there are no seamsplits, bends, or owners' markings and the album remains solid, bright, and attractive – overall, this rates as a very good collector's copy.
The condition of the LP itself is VERY GOOD. Visually, there is slight wear at the spindle hole and discoloration to the labels, though this does not affect play of course. In terms of sounds, there is light surface noise, but in general playback remains enjoyable. If you must have a flawless or NM LP, please do not buy this album. Overall, this rates as a very good collector's copy.

This LP has been carefully cleaned using a VPI cleaning machine. All LPs are provided with a new Nagaoka (or Nagaoka-style) inner sleeve.
