The cover is very good. It does have a little staining on the back cover.

We're in Kalispell, Montana (MT) and our zip code is 59901. The package for this item will be about 14” x 14” x 2” and weighs approximately 2-3# after being packaged. We only charge actual shipping costs. We are not near any major cities here in NW Montana and sometimes shipping costs are higher than expected, especially for international shipping. I am sorry for this. We have no control over shipping charges. I wish we could ship to you for less!
