Description

    The title of this LP is "The Blues and the Abstract Truth". It was released in 1961 on Impulse Records, A-5. The musicians are- Oliver Nelson- alto and tenor saxophone, Eric Dolphy- alto saxophone and flute, Freddie Hubbard- trumpet, George Barrow- baritone xaxophone, Bill Evans- piano, Paul Chambers- bass, and Roy Haynes- drums. The songs are- Stolen Moments/Hoe-Down/Cascades/Yearnin'/Butch and Butch/Teenie's Blues.

     The record is in strong VG condition. There are no big scratcdhes but there is surface noise in spots. The gatefold jacket is in strong VG+ condition with no seam splits or writing.
