Opeth - Damnation 2LP Vinyl. This is the 2010/2011 pressing from Koch Records.
Condition is overall excellent. The gatefold does have some minor wear, a few marks and small indentations in a few places (as pictured). No seam splits or any major corner crushing. Comes with original plain white inners which are included. The original hype sticker is included too.
The records visually do have a lot of scuff marks across the surface (tried to picture this best I could). Most likely due to the poor inner sleeves used at the time, plus pressed at Rainbo which to me is one of the worst pressing plants.
Fortunately, the records play very well with only minor surface noise in a few places. They are near flat and I have played them only 3-4 times over the years (I am the original owner), the last being a few days ago as I play tested before listing. Always played on a fully set-up Notts Analogue deck and Linn Adikt line contact Cartridge.
There are a few areas where I believe to be some minor non-fill (during Windowpane and Weakness) but these are small and only last a few seconds and not throughout the whole track. No loud recurring pops and no skipping throughout any parts of the record.
Sound quality to me is superb. Very open, wide and detailed. I also owned the MOV pressing at one point and this one always sounded "bigger" to me.
The records have been kept in MOFI poly sleeves since I got them and the complete record in an outer polypropylene sleeve. It will be very well packed for delivery.
