UPDATE (26th May): I have had some queries about this so have found the time to play both records for the first time in over 10 years! Both records while visually look scuffed play superbly well. No loud pops, recurring loud scraping sounds or skipping at all. Surface noise is to a minimum on all 4 sides. The odd tick/click and very minor crackle in a few of the quiter passages. The end runouts feature slightly louder surface noise than the main album.
I have added 2 extra photos to try show the scuffs/hairlines/marks on the record surfaces. These are superficial only and thankfully don't affect actual playback.
Opeth - Deliverance 2LP Vinyl. This is the release on Koch Records (I believe pressed in 2010). I am the original owner and purchased it new.
Condition is overall excellent. There are some minor marks/creases on the gatefold but no seam splits or major corner damage/crushing. The records do have scuffs/hairlines/fine marks in places due to the poor quality original plain white inners they came in. Fortunately, all four sides play superbly with no skips and only minor surface noise/crackle in a few places.
I have since placed the records in MOFI poly inners for protection. The original white paper inners do have some slight wear/creasing and a small 1cm tear on the reverse of one of them.
The records have only been played 2 times by myself on a fully setup Linn LP12 with Adikt line contact cartridge. Everything is housed inside an outer polypropylene sleeve for protection. I still have the hype sticker which I cut out from the original shrinkwrap and slid into the outer sleeve.
