This is another very tough label to unearth in such wonderful condition, I've been collecting records for years and some of these small original '50s and '60s doo wop 45s I've never seen before on labels like Whirlin Disc., Jay-Dee, Holiday, Mason's, & others. This is an original '60 U.S. pressing 45 with flat black and sharp silver print MUNICH labels #MR-103, in trail off is 103 A & 103 B , there is also an AS on both sides. This wonderful doo wop group features members of the Harmonaires from Holiday.They are THE BONNEVILLES, songs are: LORRAINE & ZU-ZU. The original was pressed in ' 59 on maroon label this second pressing came out very shortly after the first and today is just as rare.In '62 it was reissued on Barry 104. This 45 is in the same beautiful condition as other originals I've sold. Labels are pristine, both have sharp print with perfect flat black, NO wear, stains, fading, stickers, writing, etc. There is a bit of a mispressing, the manufacturer placed one label on the 45 off center, but not so much that it affects play. Both playing surfaces have a deep glossy shine without any overly dulling groove wear, scratches, defects, warps, or stains. I noticed only a very few, very light surface scuffs that do not affect play, both sides sound glorious. this is another great find in this CONDITION: NM - - - .
