I've been a record collector for many years, but this is the first time I've ever had the pleasure of offering this very rare Record club Lp, this Beatles lp has eluded me for years, it is an original thick, heavy, rigid vinyl U.S. lp on CAPITOL Rainbow label #ST-8-2047. Labels are flat black with silver print, In trail off is ST 1 82047 W1, other side ST 2 82047 W1. Each side also has 2 etched in trail off. Cover is thick cardboard with #16 near RIAA logo. It has the record club number on 2 corners, one on front, the other on back, and another on spine. Bottom right corner has small seam split ,spine is good NO splitting, top seam also NO splitting, and there are NO cut outs, stains, stickers, etc. does have light wear everywhere, and 2 very lightly bent corners. The lp is in beautiful condition, Labels are near pristine, they look much better in person. A few photos I show are without flash, and some with flash. Both labels have only one faint spindle trail near spindle hole, the lp is hardly played at all, both playing surfaces have a deep glossy shine, with NO groove wear, scratches, defects, warps, sleeve stains, mold, etc. under close inspection I noticed only a very few, very light, surface scuffs that do not affect play, I played an excerpt from every tune, both sides sound crystal clear with NO distortion or background noise. These heavy vinyl Capitol label pressings sound great. I am glad I could offer this rarity with NO reserve, a low minimum bid and in this great CONDITION: COVER VG+ / LP NM - - .
