DESCRIPTION: This is a 1964 west coast second pressing. Was able to catalog this using Stanley Panenka's "Introducing The Beatles Price Guide" 1st Edition. Black label with circular color band. Does not have "Subsidiary of Capitol Industries" on label. Issued with blue inner sleeve, promoting other Capitol albums. First two songs on side one credited to BMI and the rest to ASCAP. On side two all songs are credited to ASCAP except "I Want to be Your Man" which is credited to BMI.

VINYL CONDITION: EX. Very clean record just a few light scuffs that don't affect play. (See photos).

SLEEVE CONDITION:  VG+. Front and back of cover has some minor ring wear mostly on top and bottom. Bend on upper left corner. Edges and spine show no wear. (See photos).

PLAY GRADE: Solid EX, close to Near Mint. Plays beautifully.
