Today it gives me pleasure to make available to collectors, of rare Beatles records, this wonderful find. This lp was on ebay last week, I decided to repost it with NO Reserve. When I posted it the first time, the reserve was very high. Good luck! I recently acquired this lp from a small collection of lps. It is an original U.S. thick vinyl pressing with flat black labels and silver print. Also has a thick rainbow perimeter. Number is ST-2080, called: THE BEATLES SECOND ALBUM. The cover is a thick cardboard and on the back says: This stereo record should be played only with a stereo cartridge and needle to avoid damage. On the bottom right corner is the number 3. Stamped in the trail off is a triangle with letters inside, and the numbers ST-2-2080-A1. Other side also has triangle and those numbers are ST-1-2080-A3. It is very hard to find these original Beatles lps in this extraordinary condition. Labels and vinyl look like new. But what truly makes this a rare one of a kind is that when this lp was originally made, Capitol Records placed the wrong label on side 1. Instead of #ST-2080, the label is T-10250 called: THE STREETS OF TOKYO. Top Pops sung in Japanese, by Nippons Favorite Record Stars. This label is exactly like The Beatles Capitol rainbow label (flat black silver print ect.). There is also a mispress on the Beatles label for side 2, on this label the second song is listed as I CALL YOU NAME. and is shown without the time after the BMI. On the back cover this song is listed as I CALL YOUR NAME. To think such a rare one of a kind Beatles lp in such great condition. Labels are like new, with NO problems at all. And vinyl is glossy with NO scratches, scuffs, groove wear, defects, warps, mold, etc. The cover has only a very slight browning on the edges on the back. And has just mild wear. Also, top left corner slightly wrinkled, NO seam or spine splits, or flaking. And NO cut outs.
