This is an original stereo pressing of the 1967 LP:  THE VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO (Verve / stereo / V6-5008).

Original (peeled) ANDY WARHOL banana cover. 

Record is glossy with some light wear and several surface marks - a few can be lightly felt - guaranteed to play through.  Plays with a crackle and some clicks that are noticeable but do not overpower music.  Not recommended for someone looking for a mint copy - but great for someone looking to add an acceptable / listenable original pressing to the collection.

Gatefold cover shows some light wear and some paper tearing on seams - bottom seam split appx. 3/4 length - top seam split appx. 5 inches at opening.  Writing on back cover (see scan).
