PLEASE READ THIS. I do my best with pictures and describing everything about the record. I am selling from my personal collection that I have been gathering for over 25 years and understand how important quality is to me so I would never sell an item I thought was in bad shape (unless I state otherwise) If you are unsure and need more pictures or have any questions

-If you want it faster & with a tracking number for your end you MUST USE priority or express mail
- When I print out your shipping address it will be through eBay, it will send a customs form number and it will show when it leaves my post office

Getting Harder To Come By Original 1st.Pressing Of Suburban Lawns (Baby) LP
The album still has the original IRS record sleeve
The cover also has a promo stamp on the back of the cover
Record label: I.R.S. Cat: SP70503 Year~1983
The condition of the Vinyl in VG+ with a few super light paper sleeve marks and a couple light surface marks that don't affect playing...music is nice and loud. There are no pops, skips, jumps or any really noticeable noise...maybe in-between sounds, just a bit tougher grading on the look of it and not the sound quality of the vinyl
The Jacket is in VG+ condition with some little age and corner wear, also some little wear from some old tape on the front of the cover in the top right corner
The condition of the Record Sleeve is VG++ with hint of age/handling wear
Because of the little wear to the Vinyl and Cover I have Lowered the asking price :-) If you don't mind some on your LP to be able to get your hands on a Rare Album, then this ones for you!!!
Combining other albums for you to save on shipping...If you live in the States then there is only the one time charge of $4.01 for shipping...any other LP add ons have no extra charge :-)
For Combining LPs for International shipping...I can send 2 LPs for the same price of shipping 1 LP...any more then 2 I will have to check weight before pricing
I take my time and pack very safely with all the edges of the Box fully taped with "Fragile" and "Handle With Care" on it and a piece of cardboard for extra stiffness
