Description

There are many (most, in fact) who contend that this Jazz record 
started it all!
The Original Dixieland "Jass" Band plays "Dixie Jass Band One-Step" 
and "Livery Stable Blues" on 10" Victor 18255.
This is the early original 78rpm pressing, showing "Jass" soon changed to
Jazz.

Recorded in New York City on February 25, 1917, the record is in 
excellent to excellent-plus (E to E+) condition.
