Michael N. Canlis worked for and as the Sheriff - Coroner of Stockton Californian during the period of the 1950's - 1970;s
He became very high in the law enforcement ranks and rubbed shoulders with high ranking FBI officials
He while ranked sheriff drew this document up in the 1960's and distributed throughout the law enforcement community as well as other government agencies.
This is one of the original documents that landed on someones desk. This person highlighted in yellow areas of his or her interest.

Wonder what the high sheriff thought of the real hard core stuff like Quaalude, Seconal, Tuinal, Nembutal and the like. This item is 100% original from a time in history when we were quite ignorant to the topic in this document.
I wonder how many of these are floating around, My guess very rare item.
