Description
Here is a wonderful old lp, "Chantilly Lace", "starring" The Big Bopper, J. P. Richardson. This record is on the Mercury label, long playing high fidelity, MG-20402. Both vinyl and sleeve are in very good plus to excellent condition. The sleeve is glossy and shiny, minimally bumped corners, small light stain on back cover bottom right corner, not very noticeable. The original store price sticker is on the back of the sleeve, with this information: "817 2/60/8 1191 $2.20 Liner notes offer a brief bio of The Big Bopper's career, he is in his 20s at the time of this recording. The vinyl is shiny, labels clean with no writing, a little spindle, some light scratches on the vinyl, but plays very well, with no sticks or skips, very minimal background noise. The songs are: Chantilly Lace; Pink Petticoats; The Clock; Walking Through My Dreams; Someone Watching Over You; Old Maid; Big Bopper's Wedding; Little Red Riding Hood; Preacher and the Bear; It's The Truth, Ruth; White Lightning; Strange Kisses.
