Offered for sale is a great black label Mercury issue for the Big Bopper's "Chantilly Lace" LP. This is the 2nd black label pressing, probably from 1959 or 1960.

Condition LP: VG+ Some faint pressing marks, some faint scuffs, 3 superficial stylus marks. Sounds fantastic on my high-end Linn system !
Condition Cover: VG Varnished front cover has some minor corner wear, some edge wear, some abrasions, some faint scratches, a little bit of lifting, back cover has some mild age wear, some wrinkling, some minor wear. Still in beautiful shape !!!!!

Other important notes about cover: NO seam splits, NO tapemarks, NO stickers, NO ring wear, NO rips or tears
Postage: $4.00 U.S. Media Mail w/delivery confirmation. Overseas: Items are sent by Express Mail International service w/tracking number or First Class International Air Mail. Invoice will be sent after auction.
Packing: I use strong cardboard LP mailers w/4 cardboard stiffeners for safe delivery. LPs are shipped OUTSIDE of the cover to avoid any chance of seam splitting from occurring.
