Description

Rare one of a kind set of 6 12" 78rpm acetate discs, made for actress Joan Bennett. Reference recording of the Orson Welles "Campbell Playhouse" program from April 28, 1939 "Black Daniel", a re-telling of The Devil And Daniel Webster. In researching the old time radio websites, it appears that this particular show is uncirculated. This program stars Orson Welles, Everett Sloane, Ray Collins and others with guest star Joan Bennett. All of the discs are in excellent condition with no scratches. Cover album is in good condition with warping at the bottom. The set with packaging weighs over 5 pounds so shipping costs more on this item.
