Description

The original mono deep groove pressing of Paul Chambers’ 1957 LP Bass On Top (Blue Note BLP 1569) with Blue Note’s 47 West 63rd, NYC address on the back cover and label, and RVG and the ear stamped in the dead wax.

 

The cover of this copy is very good plus with of a touch of ring wear, a minor crease in the bottom right-hand corner, a couple of very small tears in the lamination, and its original price ($4.98!) written in the two upper corners of the back cover.  The LP itself is very good plus as well.
